This website does not track you. Here is what it does and does not do, and what the game keeps for online racing.

## This website

- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds.
- Your browser stores only your language choice (localStorage), on your own device.
- Our hosting provider (Google Firebase) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and request time, to deliver and protect the site.

## The game

To race online, the game keeps your account, nickname and progress (credits, cars and parts) on the game server, so they cannot be lost or tampered with. Nicknames and in-game messages come from preset lists; there is no free chat. The game’s full privacy policy will be published here before launch.

## Close your account and delete your data

You can close your online account and ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

- **In the game:** open **Online → Account** and tap **Close account online**. The account stops working at once, cannot be reactivated and leaves your other devices; solo progress saved on the device stays.
- **To delete all data:** write to [support@shiftrivals.com](mailto:support@shiftrivals.com) with the subject “Data deletion”, including the identifier shown in **Online → Account** (“Account: …”) and your nickname. Never send your access or recovery code.
- **Deadline:** we delete the account data within 30 calendar days of the request and confirm by email.
- **What may be kept:** only what the law requires, such as purchase records, and a minimal closure record that prevents the account from being reused.

## Changes

We will update this page whenever the site or the game changes how data is handled. The date at the bottom of the page shows the last update.
